      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

When you have your sprouted grains ready. Follow the steps to make your bread.
  1. Add water, honey and yeast and stir 3min / 37°C / speed 1.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix 3 sec / speed 7. Scrap down sides.
  3. Then knead 2min / Dough mode leave in the bowl to rise for an hour.
  4. Grease a bread tin and line with baking paper. I used the Thermomix bread tin.
Put dough into the bread tin and let it rise for about an hour.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C.
  5. Place bread tin into oven. Using a spray bottle filled with water, quickly spray oven liberally including top of bread. Bake 20min, then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake a futher 20 to 30 minutes depending on the height and width of your tin.
