Hi ladies, i want to reduce the level of sugar in the receipes. Any suggestions please on with what to replace the sugar and what quantities instead of how many g of sugars. Thank youu

I got a whole coconut and want to make desiccated coconut from it. Has anyone done that?

I am trying to cook Paleo Banana Bread in my Thermomix - need to convert this recipe

Can anyone help - failed misserably when I tried to covert it - think i over processes

Would love to get some like minded friends on this site to get some Primal Paleo Recipes converted

Anyway here is the Banana Bread recipe that needs coverting to Thermomix

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Combine your bananas, eggs, and nut butter, and grass-fed butter in a blendtecblenderfood processor, or mixing bowland mix well (if using a mixing bowl you need a good hand-mixer)
  3. Once all of your ingredients are blended, add in your coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and sea salt and mix well
  4. Pour your batter in a silicon pan and spread it evenly (you can use a loaf pan as well, just grease it well)
  5. Place in your preheated oven and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
  6. Remove from oven and flip your bread out onto a cooling rack
  7. Slice and serve

24 vanilla cupcakes, baked and cooled 1 (small) package instant vanilla pudding (sugar-free, if desired) 1 ½ cups nonfat milk 1 can chocolate frosting, or use your favorite recipe Instructions Prepare your pudding according to the package directions, using the 1 ½ cups nonfat milk. Fit a disposable pasty bag with a round decorating tip (#230) and fill the bag with the pudding. Place the tip into the center of the top of the cupcake and fill. Alternately, you can cut a small hole in the top of the cupcake and add a spoonful of pudding. Frost the tops with the chocolate icing. Note: the sugar-free icing is very thick. I recommend using a warmed knife to frost the cupcakes instead of using a pastry bag.

A friend has challenged me to go processed sugar free for February (yes, I know we are halfway through!). I'm sure someone clever has grouped some sugar free recipes into a file somewhere. Can someone point me in the right direction? The website I'm getting pointed to is thesugarbreakup.com but obviously the recipes are not converted for thermomix.

Thanks, Heather
