Forum Eagerly awaiting my delivery

Hi everyone!

I have just ordered my TM5 last night and I'm so excited. I first saw one at least 5 years ago and desperately wanted it then. Money was tight so I tried another cheapo brand to see if I would like the style of cooking/presentation and absolutely loved it however, it was poor quality and broke quickly. Anyhow, I'm finally joining the ranks and am keen to get into it.

Thinks I liked making in my old machine were butter, chutney, 'icecream', casserole style meals and 'fried' rice. I also like baking and will be making bread doughs too.
