Forum Curried Sausages for skeptical husband

Im getting a Thermomix!!!

Sooo excited and it arrives tomorrow.

BUT....

My husband though hes fine with me getting a thermi, says he wont eat anything that comes out of it..:sad:

SO......My challenge is to find the MOST amazing and tasty Curried Sausages ever!

MUST have flavour and have a bit of heat but not overbearingly.

IF i can make this i think he will come around..

Can you reccomend one that YOU think has AMAZING flavour? Or that a fussy person you know acutally loved it?
