Hi there

i was making hollandaise sauce, following the recipe as instructed. Upon adding a 1cm cube of butter (slowly) the butterfly whisk seems to have become dislodged and went crazy as the blades started to cut up the butterfly whisk. The whole machine was rumbling and caused the plastic measuring cup to fly off, I quickly stopped the machine but the whisk is in shreds.

has this happened to anyone else?
