Melted base after using varoma to make chicken stock paste

I had the same issue too on the past weekend when i was making the chicken stock paste.
The bowl was burnt and the base melted. I had to unlock the base by force.
Wonder if I will be able to get a replacement base ?

That happened to me when I made sauteed broccoli in my TM6, which I only had for a month or two at the tiume. I couldn't get it to come apart. The Thermomix help line was extremely helpful and sent me a new bowl. PS - I made sautted broccoli again recently and noticed that the base is slightly melted again. Not enough that it is totally stuck, but it doesn't fit as smoothly as it did before. Won't be making sauteed broccoli any more, even though I love the recipe!

I cooked an apricot risotto and managed to burn the bottom of my TM 31 bowl. It wasn't until I went to remove the blades for cleaning that I realised it had also caused the base of the bowl to melt and the blades to be stuck. This was back in 2014 but I have held onto the bowl in my fury that my thermomix consultant did nothing to support me in getting a new bowl other than buy another. I just forced it apart to take photos for a last ditch effort to see if it could have been dealt with better. Surely this isnt suppose to happen and warranted a free replacement. Has anybody else had a bowl melt and did you have to pay for your replacement? Thanks
