Forum COPPA DEL NONNO RECIPE FROM EDC

I am slightly puzzled by the Coppa del Nonno recipe in the new EDC. It is a vanilla flavoured cream, yet all the recipes I have ever seen elsewhere for Coppa del Nonno are for a coffee or mocha concoction and apart from cream, with different ingredients. Is the recipe in the EDC correctly named?

Also, has anyone made the EDC version, and if so can you describe for me what the results are like - for example; is it most similar in taste and texture to whipped cream, pastry cream or mascarpone etc? Does it hold it's shape well and how long does it keep in the fridge?
