Hi, I've just bought a second hand TM5 and brand new cook key. I have subscribed to Cookidoo have put the cook key on the thermomix and it has updated. When I look in the settings the id matches the id on the cook key, but when I try to activate it by going on my account and adding a device it won't do it.

Help please!!!
