Forum Favourite Cookbook?
The French cookbook is wonderful. We are using it to extend our French vocab at the same time as exploring some new directions for cooking with the formidable Thermomix chez nous!
HI there, Vicki. I can heartily recommend Chicken in Yoghurt as a winner. My family loved it more than the Red Thai Curry from EDC - luscious!
After ten years of loving eating Gulab Jamans, finally on p.157 of the FEIC book, here's a recipe that is heaven for me. Hope you like it too.
I agree with Meagan. Once you have made the Tikka paste you can use it for so much. Even just to make your own curry up.
Do the tikka pasta and make a tikka masala or do the butter chicken yummo the nann is great too
Mine would have to be Fast and Easy Indian Cooking.
I just love it.
I have really struggled to get to grips with the Indian cook book. Could you recommend a nice easy one to do to motivate me to use it?

I'm a german member of this site and I'm very interested in this topic.
The book "Meat on the Menu" doesn't appear at http://www.thermomix.com.au/01-cookbooks.html.
How does it look like?
