Apple Crumble Bliss Balls

  • 180 g rolled oats
  • 160 g dessicated coconut, plus 30g extra for rolling
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 30 g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 150 g medjool dates
  • 100 g dried apples
  • 100 g coconut oil
  • 20 g honey
  • 1 apple, cored and quartered

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Apple Crumble Bliss Balls
  1. Add all ingredients to Thermomix bowl and chop 30 seconds/Speed 8.
  2. Roll soup spoon size pieces of dough into balls, then toss in additional coconut to coat.
  3. Store in the fridge until ready to eat.

Accessories you need



Moisten hands to making rolling easier.

Place additional coconut into a flat tray or container and shake gently to coat balls.
