- 160 g dessicated coconut, plus 30g extra for rolling
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 30 g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 150 g medjool dates
- 100 g dried apples

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add all ingredients to Thermomix bowl and chop 30 seconds/Speed 8.
- Roll soup spoon size pieces of dough into balls, then toss in additional coconut to coat.
- Store in the fridge until ready to eat.

Tip
Moisten hands to making rolling easier.
Place additional coconut into a flat tray or container and shake gently to coat balls.
