Tip
Hemp seeds are a great source of plant-based protein and provide an ideal balance of essential omega-6 and omega-3. They have a nutty taste (a cross betwee a sunflower seed and a pine nut) but are optional in this recipe, they taste good either way.
I blitzed 125 grams blueberries (2 sec, sp 9) and poured on top of one of the chia puddings, and added some shredded coconut. The other was topped with fresh blueberries.
