Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

YOU CAN FIND MOST OF THE FLAVOURINGS IN YOUR LOCAL SUPERMARKET. CAKE DECORATING STORES. SOME KITCHEN SHOPS. YOU CAN DEFINITELY SHOP FOR THEM ON LINE THROUGH THE INTERNET........SEE TIP'S BELOW ABOUT THE FLAVOURING'S I USED.
  1. Measure 100 gram's choc chips in TM bowl. Blitz 4 secs / speed 7.

2 Sift chocolate well. Keep the choc chip pieces . Set aside for later, (for churning) You want a nice clean finish to your icecream at the end. The chocolate powder may interferr with the overall colour.

    3 CLEAN TM BOWL.

    4 Insert butterfly.

5 Measure in TM bowl, 300 gram's cream, 400 gram's coconut milk, one can condensed milk, 2-4 drop's pink food colouring, 2-4 drop's cherry flavouring, 3 drop's rose flavouring. Whisk, 1 minute speed 4. Do a taste check to your likeness, add more cherry favouring if needed.

    7 Remove butterfly.

8 Pour icecream mixture in churner, and churn till a nice consistency to your liking has achieved. Or to manufactures directions.

9 About 5 mins before the end of mixing time, add in choc chip bits, and diced glacé cherries.

10 Once they have spread out evenly, pour icecream into a freezer safe container, and freeze a few hours to firm up.

    ENJOY!
  2. Fuchsia gel
food colouring I used. This can found in some local kitchen shops.
  3. You can find Queens flavouring and food colouring, in your local supermarket, in the baking aisle.
  4. Alternatively, these are great flavour enhancer's. I use these one's.

These can be found in cake decorating stores. These are from "Bake Boss" OR you can purchase through the internet.

Tip

I purchase my flavouring's and extract's through either, cake decorating stores, and some kitchen shops. I also get them on line. These flavouring's "are trulely" (great flavour enhancer's) The one's in the supermarket, have a much milder taste.

I have quite a few didffernt flavour' in my pantry, ready to go!
