Ingredients

Choc Peanut Bliss Balls

  • 200 g rolled oats
  • 150 g Peanut Butter
  • 120 g Rice malt syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 60 g chocolate chips

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place oats into the mixing bowl. Blend 4 seconds / speed 10.
  2. Add peanut butter, rice malt syrup, vanilla and salt to the mixing bowl. Blend 10 seconds / speed 10.
  3. Add chocolate chips to the mixing bowl. Mix 2 seconds / / speed 4.
  4. Use damp hands to shape into balls. Place the balls in the fridge to set.

Tip

Make your own peanut butter using Cookidoo.

Swap rice malt syrup for pure maple syrup.

Ensure your chocolate chips are low FODMAP friendly.

These freeze well.

The mixture can be pressed into a slice tray and once set cut into squares.
