- 150 grams Philadelphia cream cheese
- 50 grams coconut oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoon dollop cream, optional

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Mix berries 6 sec sp 6, scrape bowl & repeat
Add remaining ingredients & mix sp 4 10 seconds, scrape bowl & repeat until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into silicon chocolate moulds and place in freezer.
Remove from moulds when set and store in container in freezer.
This recipe does not include a sweetener (by personal choice) so will only be as sweet as your berries are. You can use xylitol or any other LCHF complaint sweetener if you like.
