      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into the bowl and mix on speed 4 for 10 seconds

    cook on medium heat and remove once all bubbles have formed and batter is now 'dry' that's when you know they're cooked through

    Cover with a tea towel once cooked so they don't dry out

    SERVING SUGGESTIONS
    fill with sweet cheese and fold over fry with a little butter until cheese has melted and drizzle with sugar syrup to serve

    or fill with ashta and eat as is..
