- Rind of one small lime
- 100 g coconut cream
- 50 g Rice malt syrup/honey/agave
- 1 egg white
- 700 g frozen mango

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place rind of one small lime in bowl and blitz on speed 8 for about 4 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add mango and blend again for 10 seconds on speed 8. Add milk and rice malt syrup and mix for a further 15 seconds on speed 8. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Insert butterfly and add egg white. Blend for 2 minutes on speed 4 or until soft serve is whipped to your liking.
