If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- chop almonds & pecans on spd 5 2 bursts of 30sec until finely chopped. remove from bowl
Place the dates, cacao powder and peanut butter into the "Closed lid" Blend on Speed 6 for 20 seconds or until mixture resembles a paste.
Add the almonds and pulse on Turbo for 6sec until desired chunkiness is achieved (don’t leave it too long or it will turn into a liquidy mess!!!).
add 2tbs of agave syrup and pulse to mix through. the mixture should be a little sticky and roll easily into balls.
roll into balls
For best results store in an airtight container in the fridge and eat within a week
