  • 250 g Milk
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice

banana & oat

  • 1 frozen banana, in pieces
  • 250 g Milk
  • 2 tablespoon oats

banana & O.J

  • 1/2 frozen banana, in pieces
  • 1/2-1 cup of Orange juice
  • 125 g yoghurt

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. For each separate smoothie, add ingredients to TM bowl and blitz for 30sec - 1 minute depending on how smooth you like it.
