Recipe's preparation

    Malted Chocolate

Tip

It’s not overly sweet like the traditional milo, which we prefer. Unsure of how long it will keep, as it doesn’t last long in our house.

Please be aware it has MILK powder in it, as as such, will only keep for as long as your milk powder does.

Dutch Processed Cocoa is what I recommend. Cacao will not behave as normal milo does.

I have made this into a dairy free version.
The sugar and cocoa remains the same. But replace the milk powder with coconut milk powder. Ayams contains dairy milk protein, so check the ingredients list on the packet to check for dairy free. I get mine from Chinese outlets.
It wont taste like milo, as the original recipe has malted milk in it, but still a very enjoyable drink hot or cold. 😊
