Mango & Banana smoothie

  • 1-1 1/2 mangoes, cut finely (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 - 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 banana, chopped (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ice, if using fresh fruit
  • 250g of liquid of choice (juice or water)

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl and blend 40 seconds - 1 minute (depending how thick you like it).
