      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31).   1. 1. Put shallot, garlic, ginger and oil into mixing bowl. 2mins/varoma/speed 1
  2. 2. Put jew fish into mixing bowl. Put light soy souce, chinese cooking wine, vinegar and white sugar into mixing bowl. 8mins/varoma/Counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting
  3. Enjoy the dish
