Yummy flavour and everyone devoured it!! I added extra two sausages on top of a kilo of sausages as I'm feeding a family of five and it was enough! Great recipe, will cook again and again. Kids especially loved the mash potatoes!

    cheeseandrice:

Hiya. Sorry that was my fault for forgetting to put the water quantity in. Is definitely creamy with the right ratio! I don't put cornflour in until the end as you want to have enough steam to cook the sausages and veg.
Have taken your vegies suggestion on board too :) Thank you :)

If I was going to make it again I would halve the sausage quantity and double the veggies - 200 g is definitely not enough for 4 serves. I didn't know how much water to use so I used 700ml but I prefer a thicker creamy curry sauce so I would probably reduce this to 400ml next time and put the veggies on for longer and cornflour mixture in earlier so it gets a chance to thicken up as this was quite runny. Would have been better if the recipe was more specific but flavour was okay.
