  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can 400gm diced tomatoes
  • 170 grams spanish chorizo sliced
  • 1 litre water
  • 700 grams chicken
  • 350 grams Aborio Rice

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place onion, garlic TM bowl and mix for 4 se speed 5.

    2. Add oil and saute for 2 mins speed 1 100 deg.

    3. Add chorizo and canned tomatoes 5 mins speed 1

    4. Add salt, chicken and water 4 mins speed  Gentle stir setting 100 deg on Counter-clockwise operation

    5. Add rice and cook for 18min 100 deg speed Gentle stir settingCounter-clockwise operation

Once cooked pop in the thermoserver and mix in spinach leaves and/or parmeasan
