Clone of lamb stir-fry with capsicum

  • 4 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 lemon, rind & juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 450 fillets Lamb, diced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 yellow (or green) capsicum, chopped
  • 200 g boy choy, sliced
  • 200 g Beans, or bean sprouts
  • 4 spring onions
  • noodles to serve with

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. In TM bowl combine the dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey and lemon (both rind and juice). Mix 20 seconds speed 3.

    Set aside and rinse bowl

    Prepare noodles according to packet (if using).

    2. Heat oil in TM for 1 min Varoma speed 1

    3. Add lamb and cook 5min Varoma speed soft

    4. Add carrot and capsicum, cook 4min 100d speed one reverse

    5. Add bok choy. beans and spring onions, cook 1min 100d speed one reverse

    6. Add in sauce and cook 90d speed one reverse

    Serve with noodles

    I'm sorry but I didn't enjoy this meal. The flavour of the lamb was too strong and there was way too much liquid. More like a soup. The sauce had a nice flavour but it was lost in all that liquid.  tmrc_emoticons.(
