Perfect. My roast was 1.1kg shoulder (no bone) and it came out perfect. I put it under the grill for 10 minutes at the very end.

  • I cooked mine in the Varoma

Submitted by Margarita Helen on 21. July 2015 - 21:36.

I cooked mine in the Varoma for about an hour and a half but still not cookey through. It weighed 1.2kg but with the bone. I might try popping it in the oven tomorrow to finish it off. Hopefully it'll be ok. The marinade smells great!

  • Made this tonight for

    Submitted by Alien on 11. January 2015 - 20:14.

Made this tonight for tomorrow nights shepards pie ( had a small 1/2 price roast for 2 ) ... Had a sneak taste test.... So tender and so yum.. Plus stock left in bowl will be frozen for soup stock.... If I was going to cook as roast I would have browned it for my other 1/2 ... Me personally it's fine as is  tmrc_emoticons.)
