Place all the ingredients for marinade in the TM bowl (except the lamb) and combine for 3 seconds, speed 7.
Place the varoma on paper towel or chopping board and put lamb inside. Pour over marinade, spread all over and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Place 1500g of water into TM bowl and varoma on top. Cook for 60-75 mins, Varoma, speed 1 or until cooked through.
Cook veggies in oven at the same time.

Perfect. My roast was 1.1kg shoulder (no bone) and it came out perfect. I put it under the grill for 10 minutes at the very end.

Cooked this today. Tasted great meat moist and tender. Also popped veg in and around the lamb for the last 30 mins and They were beautifully cooked.
I cooked mine in the Varoma
I cooked mine in the Varoma for about an hour and a half but still not cookey through. It weighed 1.2kg but with the bone. I might try popping it in the oven tomorrow to finish it off. Hopefully it'll be ok. The marinade smells great!

Made this tonight for tomorrow nights shepards pie ( had a small 1/2 price roast for 2 ) ... Had a sneak taste test.... So tender and so yum.. Plus stock left in bowl will be frozen for soup stock.... If I was going to cook as roast I would have browned it for my other 1/2 ... Me personally it's fine as is
