  • 500g beef (in strips)
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 pieces ginger
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 spring onions
  • 2 tablespoon sherry

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Chop garlic and ginger for 2 seconds speed 7

    saute for 2 minutes 100d speed 1

    add beef and cook 3 minutes 100d reverse speed 1

    add soy sauce, sherry and spring onions (plus any other veggies). Cook 4 minutes 100d reverse speed 1

    Serve with your choice of noodles

    Really enjoyed this recipe thanks nice and easy with just a few ingredients. I added a bit of grated carrot and grated zuccini at the end of the cooking process just to give it a bit more thickness
