  • 500 g lamb, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Half --- brown onion
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 90 g red wine
  • 400 g tomato passata
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock concentrate
  • 100 g water
  • 260 g Tomato chutney
  • 2 sprig rosemary
  • 100 g peas, fresh or frozen
  • Parsley (garnish)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Onion and Garlic to the bowl and chop for 3 secs/Speed 7

  2. Add Oil and Lamb. Saute 3min/Varoma/speed 1 Counter-clockwise operation

  3. Add all other ingredients, except peas and parsley.

  4. Cook for 35mins/100deg/Speed 1 Counter-clockwise operation

  5. Add Peas then continue to cook  for a further 5mins/100deg/Speed 1 Counter-clockwise operation

  6. Serve in bowls, garnish with Parsley

Tip

500g of Lamb will serve a family of 4 easily. Increase the quantity of Lamb to suit your needs. You will also increase the amount of passata and water slightly depending on how much sauce you like.

    Awesome. Very fussy eaters in my house scoffed this down served with rice. Next time I will add parsnip. Such a great meal, and had everything for the recipe except the lamb. Yummo.
