Low Fodmap Sticky Pork Spare Ribs

  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 120 grams Barbecue Sauce, Heinz Smokey BBQ
  • 100 grams water
  • 1 level tsp Chinese five spice powder
  • 50 grams oyster sauce
  • 100 grams Maple syrup
  • 1 level tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 heaped tbsp tomato paste, Plain no garlic or onion

      Recipe is created for

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Low Fodmap Sticky Spare Ribs
  1. Put all ingredients except pork into bowl and mix for 10secs/Sp5/MC ON.
    Pour Mixture over ribs and coat well.
    Put all back into bowl, cook Varoma/25mins/Sp1/Counter-clockwise operation/MC ON.
    When there is 10mins left, Preheat Oven to 200°c and line a baking tray.
    When finished place ribs into tray and cook in oven for 10mins.
    Meanwhile leave sauce in bowl To thicken set to Varoma/10mins/Sp1/MC OFF/Splash Guard or basket on.
    Once finished coat ribs in sauce and serve with Vege or Rice.
