Taco Mince Turkey

  • 80 g chili powder
  • 3.75 tablespoons Garlic powder
  • 3.75 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 6 tablespoons Paprikia
  • 6 tablespoons cumin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons dried chili flakes
  • 1500 g turkey mince
  • 600 g Corn Kernels Drained
  • 1200 g Black Beans Drained

Recipe's preparation

    Cooking
  1. Place all seasoning ingredients into mixing bowl and mill 1 min/speed 10 until it's a fine powder
  2. Place a frying pan over medium heat and add oil. Add mince and 1-2 tablespoons of seasoning and fry for approx. 5 minutes or until cooked
  3. Add corn and black beans
