Creamy garlic chicken

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 400 g cream or coconut milk
  • 1.5 tbsp Chicken Stock Paste or Powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 700 g chicken thigh or chicken breast

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add 2 cloves garlic, speed 6 for 3 seconds
  2. Add onion powder, cream, chicken stock, smoked paprika, parsley and oregano to bowl.
    Place varoma in position and place chicken thigh in varoma
  3. Cook for 15 minutes at 100 degrees at speed 2
  4. Add chicken to thermomix bowl with sauce and mix together
