- 1 tsp Orient Asian Red Chilli Paste
- 800 gram Paneer
- 3 cups Oil
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds (jeera)
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 6 Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup Vegetable stock
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 6 Green chillies, chopped
- 3 pieces Ginger, chopped
- 5 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)
- 2 lemons
Cut the paneer into cubes.
In the kadhai, heat oil and fry the cumin seeds, Orient Asian Red Chilli Paste
, salt and afterwards include garlic paste.
Include tomatoes and vegetable stock. Cook till soft.
Roughly chop up the paneer and zest with cumin seeds, coriander seeds, coriander powder and salt and leave to rest.
In the kadhai, include the new coriander, green chilli paste, ginger and a pinch of every other spice. When the sauce is very thick, include the paneer and cook quickly on a high flame.This is the best Paneer curry recipes that you can try
