I’ve made this countless times. My kids love it = winning with all that spinach in there! Today I didn’t have enough spinach so substituted some zucchini instead. Thanks for a great recipe!

I made this recipe and used feta as suggested but the end result was far too salty. I liked the texture and i have heaps of Silverbeet so I will try with cream cheese.  Thanks for the recipe

This was quick, easy and delicious. I added spring onions and lined the base of my tin with bacon that I then stirred through the mix. Will definitely be making this a staple! Have you done a double batch before Arwen? tmrc_emoticons.)

  • Delicious! I made this last

    Submitted by shirlmac88 on 16. June 2012 - 12:22.

Delicious! I made this last night because I had some left over shortcrust pastry. Eating some for lunch now - its just as good eating it cold too (in fact I think I like it better cold). I added a handfull of chopped up bacon and I used the spinach leaves rather than silverbeet. It really is delicious - I will definitely save this one and make again as it is so quick and easy. Can't wait to make this for my 3 nieces as it will remind them of Dr Zeuss - green eggs and ham tmrc_emoticons.D
