      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

The Apple Cider Vinegar acts as a bread improver.

If you are making your own icing sugar, mill 10 times for 10 secs/speed 9, leaving some time in between as the bowl does get warm. Cool before putting butter & milk.

Use No Colour & Flavour 100-1000's to ensure no additives.

For Diary free buns only use water.

Omg! These are soooo good! I made them tonight, I was inspired by the Thermodudes actually, they recommended it 😊 I was craving Finger Buns a few weeks ago but didn't even think to look on here. Can't wait to make them again and I will make some with sultanas too. Thank you for sharing and inspiring the Thermodudes and myself 🤗

Made these yesterday. 1 1/2 hours from start to yum! Will add sultanas next time, but otherwise were perfection. So easy, so delicious, a lunchbox staple for sure. A tip for anyone with no warm spots for rising - I heat my oven to 150C for 10 mins and turn off before starting recipe. It is a nice temp by rising stage and works great!

    Fabulous Little Finger Buns

These went down a treat with hubby and Miss 23.
A few of the others were distributed ('contactlessly' 😅) as lockdown treats to the kids in our street.
Thanks for a great, easy recipe.

So easy. My 3 year old helped roll the dough and iced them with the sprinkles when cooked. Apparently they're the 'yummiest icing buns I've ever eaten!" 😆
Will definitely be making these again.
    Thanks for sharing 😀

Btw -I made smaller 'toddler friendly' size buns. I made approx 16 of them....but that was all I was to rescue to take a photo off haha.

These finger buns are delicious and easy to make. The kids love them and they freeze well for school lunches. Such a saving of money not having to buy them from the bakery. It's not letting me a rating but these are def 5 star *****

These were delicious! I used bread improver instead of ACV, and had to let them prove for a bit longer than the time stated, but they worked out perfectly
