Chocolate Puddings
- 120 grams dark chocolate 70%
- 120 grams Butter
- 2 eggs
- 120 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30 grams almond meal
Recipe's preparation
Place butter & chocolate into the TM bowl, chop for 10 secs speed 10. Scape down sides of the bowl & melt for 2 mins 50 degrees speed 2. Add all reamaining ingredients & mix for 5 secs speed 5, scrape down & repeat if needed.
Divide mixture into 4 greased ramekins dishes that have been placed inside a baking dish & fill half way up on the outside of the ramekins with boiling water (a water bath) place into a 200 degree oven for 10 mins.
Puddings should be still goey in the middle. depending on your oven you may need to cook them for another 5 mins or so.
They are seriously rich & need to be served hot with icecream or cream.

I increase the almond meal to about 50g and decrease the sugar to about 80-90g.
I also cook it for about 30-40mins, not in a water bath. Maybe its my oven, but 10mins in a water bath left it uncooked!
