If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.
- Place butter in TM bowl and heat for 2 mins at 60 degrees
- Add milk, egg and honey and mix for 5 seconds on speed 3.
- Add flour (and baking powder if you're using plain flour or spelt) and sugar and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4.
- Add blueberries and mix on reverse for 5 seconds on speed 3.
- Spoon (or use an ice cream scoop to transfer) mixture into a greased muffin tin (lined with paper cases if you prefer).
- Bake for approximately 15 mins until golden and springy and a skewer tests clean or with light crumbs.

Thanks for the recipe. I adapted it with Wholemeal Spelt flour (plus a teaspoon of baking powder) and halved sugar/honey amounts. Probably needed to do part wholemeal and part white spelt flour, with maybe more baking powder for a fluffy muffin. Could have decreased sugar/honey content further.
