- 100 g white chocolate
- 65 g brandy
- 60 g Coconut
- 200 g sweetened condensed milk
- 150 g glaced cherries, red and green

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add biscuits to bowl and crush. 10 seconds/speed 9.
Remove from bowl and set aside. - Place cherries into bowl and chop. 2 seconds/speed 4.
Add coconut and biscuits to the bowl and stir.
20-30 seconds/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting"
Remove from bowl once combined. - Place white chocolate into bowl and grate. 10 seconds/speed 9.
Add the condensed milk and alcohol then melt together. 2 minutes/50°C/speed 2. Adding 30 seconds until chocolate is fully melted. - Add biscuits, coconut and fruit to the chocolate mixture and combine. 30 seconds/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 4
- Roll into balls and roll in the extra coconut.
- Store in fridge in an airtight container.
