Caz’s Caramilk Cocktail

  • 1 package Cadbury’s Caramilk Chocolate, One block
  • 200 grams cream
  • 60 grams vodka
  • 120 grams Bailey’s irish cream
  • 200 grams ice cubes

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1 block caramilk

    200 grams cream

    60 grams vodka

    120 grams Bailey’s

    200 grams ice



    Place broken up Caramilk in bowl. With MC chop 15 sec/sp 5



    Place cream in the bowl with the chopped caramilk and melt 3 mins/55°/sp 2



    Add remaining ingredients and blend 20sec/sp 6



    Pour into a glass and thank me later. 😂😂



    Glass decoration ideas

    You can melt an additional half a block of Caramilk, place in a bowl and dip the top of the glass, as you would for a margarita or I used Hershey’s chocolate syrup, drizzled not the cup before pouring the cocktail and then drizzle a bit on top.
