  • 1 cans Condensed milk, or 1 portion from the cookidoo recipe
  • 1 level tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert butterfly
    Add cream and vanilla and whip 40 seconds speed 4 until firm peaks form add more time if needed in 5 second lots
  2. Set time 1 minute speed 2.5 and gradually add condensed until combined and thick.
  3. Pour into freezable container and freeze for 4 hours

    This is the first time I have made Icecream and am pretty happy with the taste, however it is very hard once frozen. I was hoping for a creamier consistently....and easier to serve. Puzzled
