  • 80 grams dried cranberries
  • 150 grams Medjool Dates- pitted
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (such as IsaPro)
  • 1 tablespoon macadamia oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add cashew nuts to bowl. Mill into cashew meal -

    10 sec/ speed 9/ MC on

     

  2. Add all other ingredients and blend together

    15 sec/ speed 6/ MC on

     

  3. Roll 2 tsp of mixture into balls (tip: use a mini ice cream scoop to make this job easier, keep your hands cleaner, and to get perfectly round, even sized balls)

     

  4. Roll balls in sesame seeds/chia seeds/coconut to finish (optional)
