Recipe's preparation
Place oranges in bowl and blend for 30sec on speed 9 or until completely broken up.
Add margarine and sugar and blend on for 30sec on speed 5.
Add flour and blend for 30sec on speed 5.
Place in greased and lined round cake tin. Cook for 45-50min on 180 degrees.

This is a fantastic cake! I love the simplicity, the fact that it is egg-free and it is so delicous! Amazing! Personally, I do generally prefer less rind in my orange cakes, so I only put in half the rind in. Thanks to shell.phil!

Just made the orange cake.
Just made the orange cake. Used 100g hazelnuts and 200g self raising flour. Turned out beautifully. Had the nuts left over from hazelnut spread.
