      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Moist Pineapple cake
  1. Preheat oven 180 degrees, line square 20x20cm tin.

    1. add pineapple to jug 10 secs speed 4. reserve in separate bowl.

    2. cream eggs and sugar 10 seconds speed 5

    2. add plain flour, coconut, baking powder, bicarb soda and vanilla and Pineapple 10 seconds speed 4

    3. bake for 30-35 mins at 180 degrees
