    Easy, peasy!
I used turkey mince and added a tsp each of dried parsley and thyme. I substituted the fresh onion and garlic (as I had run out) with powdered garlic and dried onion. It so delicious and flavorful this will definitely be on rotation.

As a first time meatloaf maker this was an easy intro. I pre read the comments and added salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, parsley and worstershire sauce. I accidentally put the bbq sauce in the bowl so after taking that out there was a little left I couldn’t get out. But I think it added to it. Overall really tasty and an wonderful base recipe to use and add what you want. I also had no zucchini so used a whole onion instead. Thanks!

Very tasty! Make sure mince isn’t too stuck together when placed in the bowl otherwise it doesn’t combine very well. I had to use a knife to break it up a bit and then repeat the mixing on sp 5.

I didn't have any zucchini so used broccoli instead and I used minced pork and veal, but I'm sure it didn't make much difference in the result which we found was fantastic,  I will definitely use this recipe again. Thank you

Delicious recipe! I used a natural stevia sweetened tomato sauce and bbq sauce plus added 2 small red chillies for a kick.  I also added extra garlic and a hint of Himalayan pink salt.  I think next time I'll either drain my zucchini or add more panko as it was a little moist despite cooking for an extra 10 mins.  Taste was spot on though tmrc_emoticons.) thank you!

  • Yeah, this was OK. It would

    Submitted by Showy on 8. February 2016 - 14:11.

Yeah, this was OK. It would have been either 7/10 or 7 1/2 out of 10. I am not a "spice" girl so I didn't mind it but it could have been better if it had either more carrots or capsicum in it. And I was thinking it would have been better with bacon in it even before I read Quei's comments. The problem I had was I'd run out of BBQ sauce but it tasted nice with tomato sauce. It's easy to make, there's a lot of left overs and although you can see the veggies they have a mild taste

    Submitted by Melant on 2. January 2016 - 19:29.

Incredibly easy to make and tastes great! Simple delicious meals like this is the exact reason I love my thermo so much!

made this again tonight but tried to go even healthier with 'extra' lean mince. Stick to the recipe with just typical lean mince as it didn't quite have the flavour and was a little dry (as you would expect).

    Submitted by moomin on 27. November 2015 - 17:24.

Dont take my word as gospel - what many think of as delicious I think of as bland so the fact that I found this meatloaf a bit bland could just be my taste. It's an easy recipe to follow though so I would use it again but add some spices to flavour it up. Thanks for sharinng.
