Lchf baked cheesecake
- 1 packages Philadelphia Cheese
- 1/2 --- Cup Almond meal
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
- 3/4 Cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2tbs xylitol, Use sweetener of choice
- 3 small eggs, My chooks lay small eggs 😊
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tsp lemon zest, grated

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- i used a small tin it’s a sandwich tin 18cm,grease with butter I also lined with paper
preheat oven fan force 140 or 160 if not
recipe was in cups so I just used cups I will weigh and ammend next time
add coconut flour/almond meal and shredded coconut add melted butter mix rev/10secs till combined then press into base of tin place in fridge
put philly and sour cream in jug mix speed 5 till combined scrape down add vanilla lemon zest ( I also added a few drops lemon oil) also add xylitol or sweetener of choice to taste and adjust if needed mix 10 secs speed 4’scrape down then start machine add eggs one at a time through lid final increase speed for approx 2 mins I scraped down few times till smooth
Pour into tin and place in water bath cook for approximately 45mins see photos
it will wobble slightly when done test with wooden skewer

I put few frozen blueberries and a little xylitol in frying pan cook till thick serve with cheesecake
