      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Line a 33x23cm pan with Baking paper. Set oven 180C(160C fanforced)
    2.Add butter to Closed lid with 2/3 (300g) White Choc Melt 3m/60c/sp2
    3.Cool 10min
    4.Add to cooled butter mix,caster sugar and eggs, Mix 30s/sp4
    5.Add in sifted flour, macadamia's and remaining chocolate Stir 15s/sp3Counter-clockwise operation
    6. Scatter some berries over base of pan, pour mixture over the top,spread out evenly, place remaing berries on top and Bake 30 to 40 min or until firm to touch. Cool, refridgerate and cut into slices.
