Add the garlic and chop on speed 8 for 3 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add onion and chop on speed 5 for 3 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add olive oil and cook on 100° deg for 5 minutes on speed 1 Add tomatoes, tomato paste, honey, and vinegar, and cook for 15 minutes on 100° deg speed 1, or until the sauce has thickened somewhat but is still loose enough so that when you shake the bowl it sloshes around. Stir in the chopped greens and cook on reverse and speed 1 for 5 minutes. If you want to finish the Shakshuka on the stovetop, place your your tomato sauce in a large frying pan and press the cubes of feta into the tomato sauce. With the back of a spoon, make 6 indentations in the sauce. Crack an egg into each indentation, then drag a spatula gently through the egg whites so it mingles a bit with the tomato sauce, being careful not to disturb the yolks.Turn the heat on the sauce to a gentle simmer, and cook for about 10 minutes, taking some of the tomato sauce and basting the egg whites from time-to-time. Cover, and cook 3 to 5 minutes, until the eggs are cooked to your liking. To finish them individually, preheat the oven to 375ºF (180ºC.) Divide the sauce into 6 baking dishes and press the feta cubes into the sauce. Set the baking dishes on a baking sheet, make an indentation in each, and crack and egg into the center. Bake until the eggs are cooked to your liking, basting the whites with some of the sauce midway during baking, which will take anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes – but begin checking them sooner to get them just right. If the yolks begin to get a little firm on top before the whites are cooked, drape a sheet of foil over them, but avoid having it touch the yolks.

<creator>lynette</creator>

Hearty Vegetable Soup

1) Add Onion and Garlic to Bowl - Chop 3 seconds speed 5, scrape down sides2) Add Oil - Saute 2 min 100 deg [counterclock] Speed 13) Add Water, veg stock then all remaining ingredients4) Cook 30 min 100 degrees [counterclock] Speed 1

<creator>Lisagreg10</creator>

Bunny Hopper

Add dark chocolate to bowl in pieces, insert lid & MC, chop 10secs, speed7.
Melt dark chocolate for 4mins, 50deg, speed2.
Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula if required, insert lid & MC, heat on 50deg, speed2 for an additional 30secs.
Scrape out of bowl with spatula into small bowl big enough to fit the rim of your chosen glass.
Gently dip the rim of your glass into the melted chocolate and place glass into the fridge.

(Here is where you can add some milk to your bowl, heat for approximately 4mins, 80deg, speed 3 to make a yummy hot chocolate using up the remaining melted chocolate left in the bowl).

Clean and dry mixing bowl.

Roughly crush the peppermint crisp bar (keeping inside the wrapper) with a rolling pin or back of a spoon.
Pop aside in an airtight container for garnish later.

In a clean bowl, insert butterfly, add 300g thickened cream, insert lid & MC and whip for approximately 30-60sec (keeping an eye on it through the hole in the mixing bowl lid so as not to over whip) until soft peaks form. The length of time will depend on how fresh your cream is. The fresher the cream, the longer it will take to whip. Remove cream from bowl with spatula and fill your piping bag. Set aside in the fridge for garnish later.

[b]Cocktail[/b]

Without washing mixing bowl, add vanilla ice cream, creme de menthe and creme de cacoa. Insert lid & MC, blend [blend]for 30secs on speed 6. You may wish to add more ice cream to give a thicker consistency.
Pour into your chilled cocktail glass, using a piping bag pipe the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with crushed peppermint crisp bar.
Add a straw and enjoy!

<creator>Kassarne</creator>

Tsourekia (Greek Easter Bread)

In a small bowl place 100g of milk (lukewarm), yeast, 1 tsp sugar, and 3 tsp flour.
Mix with a fork until yeast has dissolved then place in warm spot for 10 minutes until
you see bubbles forming. (Place in an oven on the lowest setting when weather is
cold)
Place sugar in bowl along with mastiha and mahlepi and mill for 1 minute on speed 10.
Add remaining ingredients except the flour and cook for 3 minutes at 37ºC on speed 6.
Add the yeast mixture and flour and mix for 5 seconds on speed 6.
Set dial to closed lid position and knead for 2-3 minutes until dough is formed.
Can add a small amount of extra flour if needed but dough needs to be slightly sticky.
Place in bread mat or bowl with glad wrap and put in warm place until dough has doubled in size.
Form dough into plaits (makes about 10, depending on size wanted) and baste with egg.
Can add flaked almonds on top at this point if you like. Allow to rise for
10 minutes or longer for better rise then place in a cold oven, turn to 180ºC for approx. 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Place orange peel in bowl and grate for 8 seconds speed 9 (I actually don't do this step, but instead use a microplane to zest the orange straight into the bowl at Step 4). Add carrot and dates to bowl and grate for 15-20 seconds on speed 6. Scrape down the sides. Add yoghurt, oil, (orange zest if not added earlier), orange juice and egg to the bowl and mix for 10 seconds, speed 4 reverse. Add all remaining ingredients (mixed spice, flours, sugar, wheatgerm, bicarb) and mix for 15 seconds, speed 4, reverse. Fill muffin tray cups almost to the top and bake for 13 - 15 minutes. (Takes 13 mins in my fan-forced oven).

<creator>guest</creator>

Marmalade cake

*Grease and line a small loaf tin.*

Place the simmer basket inside the bowl and fill with diced potato. Close the TM lid. Place the Brussels sprouts in the base of the Varoma dish. Pop the Varoma lid on top and position the Varoma on top of the TM bowl and lid.Cook the vegies for up to 25 minutes / Varoma temp / speed 2 checking your vegetables regularly to see when they are cooked. The sprouts are more likely to cook first which is why I pop them up in the Varoma and keep the potatoes in the basket. This way, when the sprouts are cooked, you can remove them and keep them warm in a ThermoServer until the potatoes are cooked.Once the potatoes are properly cooked, add them to the ThermoServer with the sprouts and toss to combine.Remember not to throw out the water! While the vegies are steaming pan fry the bacon until crispy. Sprinkle the chopped tomato and half the cooked bacon on top of the potato and sprouts. Pour the sauce all over and top with the balance of the bacon bits. Serve with a steak, fish or chicken. Add butter to the TM bowl and melt 2 min / 100° / speed 1.Add flour and mustard and cook 3 min / 100° / speed 1.Add reserved water, milk, vegie stock paste and cook 5 min / 90° / speed 4. Season to taste.Pour over the vegetables and serve. QUICK VERSION (which doesn't have as much flavour, but is faster) Add all sauce ingredients into the TM bowl and cook for 6 mins / 90° / speed 4. Season to taste.

<creator>Carola Cocacola</creator>
