      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Blueberry Jam!
  1. 1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl. Cook 25 minutes, Varoma, speed 1.
    Place steaming basket on top (no MC) and place a heat-safe jar upside down so that it will be steralised from the steam rising.

    2. Pour jam contents into jar and let cool to room temperature before putting lid on jar & refrigerating.

Tip

Make sure to rinse blueberries before using.

The jam will appear quite runny when you pour it into the jar(s) which is fine, it thickens as it cools and will be perfect the next day after being in the fridge overnight.
