Lotus Biscoff Spread

Lotus Biscoff Crunchy Cookie Butter Spread - Speculoos

  • 16 piece Lotus Biscoff Caramelised Biscuits
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 300 gram Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add biscuits in TM bowl.

    Blend mode / 40 sec

    Scrape down sides of the bowl.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients in TM bowl.

    Blend mode / 40 sec or
    20 sec slowly increasing the speed up to speed 8 for a creamy consistency.
  3. Place in a jar or canister and store it in the fridge ready for use.
