Tikka Paste
- 60 g coriander seeds
- 40 g cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoon ground chillies
- 100 g Peeled Garlic Cloves
- 100 g Ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 220 g olive oil
- 100 g water
- Juice of 2 lemons, (Seeds Removed)
- 1 heaped teaspoon ground tumeric
- 25 g salt
- 40 g Dried Onions
- 130 g tomato puree

Weigh Coriander, cumin and ground Chillies into the TM Bowl. Dry Roast for 5 Minutes | Varoma | Speed 1
Mill for 1 minute | Speed 8
Add Garlic, ginger and olive oil to the TM Bowl. Chop for 20 Seconds | Speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, and blend for 1 minute | Speed 10
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 60 Minutes | 80 Degrees | Speed 2
Store in Clean glass jars and top up with olive oil to ensure the paste is fully submerged to help preservation

Add fresh red chillies with seeds in Step 3 for a 'Bitier' Tikka Paste
