      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Mix the ingredients
  1. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl, mix with 30 sec/speed 3.5
  2. Pour and strain mixture into a bowl
  3. Pan fry egg mixture
  4. Put a thin layer of the egg mixture onto a square pan. When the mixture is cooked, roll it to one end. Then add another layer of the mixture and roll it to the other end when it is cooked. Repeat 3 or 4 times, until the tamagoyaki is thick enough.
