Cream of Celery Soup for Two

- 40 grams extra virgin olive oil
- 200 grams celery stalk
- 500 grams filtered water
- 1 tbsp chicken stock paste
- 1 pinches sea salt

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add onion to "Closed lid" 3 sec, speed 7, scrap down sides, 3 sec, speed 7, scrap down sides and add oil to "Closed lid" . Set 4 min, 100 , speed 1.

Add celery to "Closed lid" , 3 sec, speed 8, scrap down sides the add water and butter beans if adding them.
Set 30 mins, Varoma, speed 1 with Steaming basket on top instead of measuring cup.
Allow to cool 5 minutes and add sour cream.
Then 40 sec, starting at speed 5 and gradually going to speed 9.
Serve and enjoy
